My name's Aurélie. I am French and study Art History at the Ecole du Louvre in Paris, specialising in 19th century arts and French painting. I love art, literature, running, astronomy and astrophysics (although I hate maths), cats and volcanoes.
I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease a few years ago and I eat a plant-based diet.
I use the metric system in my kitchen : g = gram ; dl =decilitre and cl = centilitre. This means I specify ingredients either by weight or volume (normally, I only use volume for liquid ingredients). I've always cooked this way and find it more accurate.
