Spirulina chocolate

"In this world love has no colour - yet how deeply my body is stained by yours"

Diaries of Court Ladies of Old Japan, Izumi Shikibu

You've stained my body so deeply and painfully and passionately to impress upon myself this provisional and perishable despair. My soul has faded. Each day I wait for you

P.S. : you can now like my Facebook page
It's not green, I know! I swear there is spirulina in it. I know 99,9% of you will cringe at the idea of spirulina chocolate but it happens that I love spirulina and I love chocolate so...

Spirulina chocolate
(vegan, grain-free, raw)

120 g cocoa butter
30 g agave nectar (use raw)
17 g almond milk powder
12 g spirulina powder

In a large bowl of warm (not too hot) water, place a smaller bowl filled with cocoa butter (basically a bain-marie). Stir well until the cocoa butter is melted (it takes a little time). Remove from hot water. Sitr in the agave syrup, spirulina and the almond milk powder. Blend in an electric spice grinder for a couple of minutes. Transfer into a mould. Refrigerate until it hardens. It's best to keep in the fridge as it melts quickly.
